Torx Screws for U Drills Type WC
Torx Screws for U Drills Type WC are the insert screws with Torx drive for clamping indexable inserts in WC indexable drills. They secure the drill insert in the drill body seat with a defined tightening torque and are the most important wear part in the insert change cycle.
The Torx drive shape distributes the tightening torque evenly across six drive surfaces and prevents the screw head from being stripped – important because insert screws in drills often need to be tightened multiple times during insert changes. The hardened steel substrate withstands the defined tightening torque required by the insert pressure in the WC drill. The screw size must match the insert seat in the respective WC drill.

Ersatzschrauben mit sauberer Torx-Aufnahme
Genau die richtige Größe. Torx-Aufnahme ist sauber gefräst, Gewinde passt exakt in die Vorgabe. Als Ersatzteil für den Wendeplattenbohrer genau richtig. Material und Verarbeitung machen einen ordentlichen Eindruck, für den Werkzeugkasten eine gute Bevorratung.
