Threading Insert Partial Profile 60°
Threading Insert Partial Profile 60° is the universal thread turning insert for ISO, UN, and similar 60° threads with a variable pitch. With the partial profile geometry, the tip radius is generated by the tool path – one insert thus covers a pitch window.
The partial profile geometry is flexibly applicable: one insert size serves several pitches that differ only in the feed rate in the NC programme. The PVD coating is matched to sharp cutting edges and clean flanks; the negative insert geometry secures the seat in the ER/IR holder. The cutting edge is designed for multiple passes – important when the thread is built up in several cuts.
For workshops with varying pitches and a requirement for stock flexibility, the partial-profile 60° insert is the cost-effective universal solution in thread turning.

Teilprofil-Platte für Standardsteigungen
Für Standardsteigungen brauchbar. Die Teilprofilgeometrie deckt ein breites Band ab, Flanken werden sauber. Kante bleibt stabil, bin mit der Wahl zufrieden. Für Metrisch- und zöllige Gewinde in Stahl eine verlässliche Verbrauchsplatte, Preis-Leistung passt.

Gewindeplatten 60 Grad Teilprofil Stahl
Die Gewindeplatten liefern sauberes Außengewinde, die Lehrenringe gehen ohne Probleme durch und die Flanken sind konstant gleichmäßig.

Teilprofil 60 Grad passt
Sauber geschliffene Flanken und das Gewinde kommt genau. Für metrische und zölloge Gewinde eine flexible Lösung, die Schneide hält ordentlich in meinem Einsatz.

Für Außengewinde bisher top. Gleichmäßige Oberfläche, ruhiger Lauf. Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. für meine Zwecke absolut in Ordnung.

Teilprofil 60 Grad sauber
Das Teilprofil für metrische Gewinde bringt saubere Flanken. Für Stahl und Edelstahl brauchbar, Standzeit ok. Auch in Messing und Alu brauchbar, keine Ausfälle bisher.

Teilprofil 60 Grad Gewinde gut
Für metrische Gewinde verschiedener Steigungen eine flexible Lösung, Flanken werden sauber. Standzeit auf Marktniveau. Werkzeug hat einen festen Platz in meinem Werkzeugmagazin gefunden, die Werkzeugausführung bleibt chargenübergreifend gleichmäßig und die Werkzeugstandzeit passt zu meinem Auftragsvolumen.

Für metrische Gewinde mit 60°-Flankenwinkel. Schnitt bleibt sauber, Flanken werden präzise. Für Kleinserien eine gute Lösung.

Teilprofil 60° sauber
Die Teilprofil-Platten laufen in Werkzeugstahl zuverlässig. Die Flanken werden gleichmäßig, die Steigung bleibt maßhaltig und der Schnitt ist ruhig. Gute Anschaffung.
