The uncoated solid carbide micro ball nose end mill is precisely tailored for process-reliable 3D micro-machining of aluminium and soft non-ferrous metals. As a two-flute precision tool, it offers a reliable solution in medical technology, precision mechanics, and delicate mould making for milling complex freeform surfaces and the smallest radii with process reliability and dimensional accuracy.

During copy milling of smearing ISO N materials, material adhesion on the ball radius poses a massive risk to component quality. This micro end mill prevents the dreaded built-up edge formation through extremely sharp, uncoated cutting edges and a wide chip space design that ensures chip evacuation even from tight cavities. For machining steel, cast iron, or abrasive materials, this micro end mill is physically unsuitable; its cutting edge geometry is uncompromisingly designed for soft, long-chipping non-ferrous metals.

From an economic perspective, this solid carbide micro ball nose end mill minimises scrap on cost-intensive micro parts through its precise concentricity. Ordentliche Qualität

Der Fräser läuft bei mir ruhig. Sauberes Schnittbild, gleichmäßiger Abtrag. Gerade für die Einzelteil- und Kleinserienfertigung passt das gut. Standzeit geht für den Einsatz völlig in Ordnung. Lässt sich ordentlich einsetzen und handhaben. Persönlich gesagt: ich werde es auf jeden Fall weiter einsetzen. Werde ich nachbestellen.
