SNMG-M3 Indexable Inserts for Stainless Steel
The SNMG-M3 indexable insert is the stable solution for medium machining of stainless steel, where tool life, process security, and cost efficiency are key. Its modern AlTiSi nanocomposite PVD coating provides extreme hardness, high oxidation resistance, and excellent thermal stability, ensuring reliable performance even at high cutting speeds. The low coefficient of friction minimizes built-up edge formation and contributes to clean, uniform surfaces.
The square 90° geometry gives the SNMG-M3 maximum stability in straight machining operations, while the M3 chipbreaker ensures stable chip breaking and controlled chip evacuation.
