Boring Bar SVWCR/L 72.5°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar SVWCR/L 72.5° is designed for positive 35° rhombic inserts of the VC family (VCMT, VCGT) at a 72.5° approach angle. The design offers a balance between stability and contour access in internal machining.
The S clamping system clamps the VCMT insert axially through the centre hole and ensures a compact insert seat at the balanced 72.5° approach angle. The slim holder allows access to deep internal bores without the tool clamping colliding with the chuck or tailstock. Tempered CrMo steel with black oxide finish protects the boring bar against cutting force deflection and shields the surface from corrosion. With R and L variants, the boring bar is equally available for right-hand and left-hand turning operations.
With the VC insert shape and a 72.5° approach angle, the SVWCR/L is a boring bar for balanced internal operations between longitudinal and contour requirements.
Scope of delivery: 1 SVWCR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Im Budget günstig sinnvoll
Die Bohrstange mit Spitzwinkel innen ist preislich angenehm, Ergänzung im Bestand. Für den Preisbereich sehr gut aufgestellt. Bin mit dem Kauf absolut zufrieden.

Halter sitzt wie er soll
Auspacken, einbauen, läuft. Spänebruch passt, ordentliche Härte und sauberes Schnittbild. Würde ich jederzeit wieder nehmen.

72,5° Bohrstange brauchbar
Für bestimmte Innenkonturen ist der Anstellwinkel gerade passend. Die Stange ist sauber verarbeitet, Klemmung zieht die Platte plan an. Oberfläche der Innenkontur wird gleichmäßig, kein Rattern bei normalen Auskraglängen. Solides Werkzeug.

Die Bohrstange ist massiv gefertigt und liefert bei mir Innenschulter-Ergebnisse in ordentlicher Qualität bei mittleren Zustellungen.

Bohrstange 72,5 Grad
Die 72,5°-Einstellung bringt bei bestimmten Konturen klare Vorteile, die Stange bleibt stabil im Schnitt und die Oberfläche ist sauber. Für meine Einzelteilfertigung eine solide Ergänzung, die ich gern wieder bestellen werde.

Bohrstange schafft enge Konturen
Der flache Einstellwinkel ermöglicht Innenkonturen, die andere Stangen nicht schaffen. Stabil gebaut, wirkt massiv. Für Spezialaufträge im Reparaturbereich eine gute Ergänzung.
