Boring Bar SNR/L, Thread Boring Bar
The Boring Bar SNR/L is an ISO internal thread turning boring bar for threading inserts of the ER/IR family for cutting internal threads on the lathe. It covers the spectrum from metric ISO threads to trapezoidal and Whitworth profiles.
The screw clamping secures the threading insert directly in the seat and ensures a reproducible fit – important for profile accuracy when making multiple passes on the same thread. The slim boring bar body enables access to deeper internal threads without the tool colliding at the bore run-out. The tempered CrMo steel body with black oxide finish withstands the varying cutting loads during multi-pass thread cutting and protects against wear. The R variant cuts right-hand threads, the L variant left-hand threads.
For process-reliable internal thread turning with IR threading inserts, the SNR/L is the established solution in job shop production.

Gute Bohrstange
Für Innenarbeiten passt die Stange. Gleichmäßige Oberfläche. Kann ich so weiterempfehlen.

Gewindebohrstange günstig
Die Gewindebohrstange für Innengewinde ist preislich angenehm, läuft bei moderatem Überhang ruhig. im kleinen Betrieb ist dieses Werkzeug eine preislich sehr sinnvolle Investition, die Ausführung wirkt wertig verarbeitet und die Haltbarkeit erreicht einem im Einsatz angemessenen Niveau.

Gewindebohren innen funktioniert
Die Gewindebohrstange hält die Platte zuverlässig im Schnitt, Innengewinde gehen sauber durch die Lehre. bisher keine macken aufgetaucht.

Innengewinde klappen sauber
Für kleine bis mittlere Innengewinde eine brauchbare Stange, keine Rattermarken und der Schnitt läuft sauber. Die Klemmung der Platte hält ordentlich, bin für meine Zwecke gut bedient und die Lieferung kam schnell.

Die Gewindebohrstange macht bei Innengewinden M12 bis M24 in Stahl saubere Flanken, die Lehren gehen ohne Nacharbeit durch die Gewinde. Solide Verarbeitung erkennbar.
