Boring Bar KTGFR, Internal Grooving
The KTGFR internal grooving tool is a compact grooving holder for grooving and groove turning in bores – designed for TGF32L indexable carbide inserts and bore diameters from 20 mm. Whether circlip grooves, relief grooves, or axial internal contours: this internal grooving holder combines grooving and groove-turning capability in one tool, reducing tooling requirements for internal machining. The 2° shank taper is a design detail that makes the difference in practice: it ensures that the shank does not rub against the bore wall even when reaching deep into the hole – less heat generation, no risk of surface damage to the workpiece. The shank, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the torsional rigidity that is critical during internal grooving and particularly during subsequent groove turning with alternating feed directions. The Torx screw clamping system secures the TGF32L insert firmly and with precise positioning – after changing, the cutting edge immediately sits at the correct height without remeasuring and readjustment. With three shank diameters from 16 to 25 mm, the holder can be specifically matched to bore size and machine holder.

Innen einstechen sauber
Bohrstange für Innenstiche, Plattenklemmung hält sicher. Für mittlere Durchmesser brauchbar.

Innenstechhalter KTGFR gut
Innenstechen mit der VHM-Stange läuft sauber, kein Chattern bei mittlerem Überhang. Schön gemacht. Im Dauerbetrieb hat sich die Qualität bewährt.

Kompakter Innenstechmeißel
Innenstechen mit Durchmesser ab 15 mm läuft sauber. Die Klemmung hält die Platte ohne Nachgeben im Einsatz, auch bei tieferen Einstichen keine Auffälligkeiten.

Die Innenstechstange hält ihre Linie und die Nutflanken werden sauber. Klemmung passt und der Lauf bleibt sauber.

Bohrstange fürs Innenstechen
Die Bohrstange klemmt die Stechplatten zuverlässig, bei Innenstechen in Baustahl schneidet sie ruhig. Sitz stramm und auch bei wiederholten Wechseln keine Spielbildung, für feine Innennutarbeiten absolut zu empfehlen.

Innenstechbohrstange ordentlich gebaut
Innenstechen mit der Bohrstange in Stahl läuft sauber, keine Schwingungen bei normaler Auskragung. Die Klemmung der Stechplatte hält fest und die Schrauben greifen zuverlässig. Preis-Leistung passt für den Einsatz in der Kleinserie. Für den Einsatz in meiner Einzelteilfertigung völlig ausreichend. Der Halter klemmt bombenfest, auch bei ungünstigen Auskragungen kein Ausschlag.

Die KTGFR-Bohrstange macht beim Innenstechen einen guten Job. Ruhiger Lauf, sauberer Stich. Bin zufrieden.

Bohrstange passt
Für Innenarbeiten passt die Stange. Sauberes Schnittbild, gute Passgenauigkeit. Spanbruch passt bei mir gut. Schon beim Auspacken sieht man die saubere Fertigung. Was ich sagen kann: würde ich die Platten auch für anspruchsvollere Stücke nehmen. Werde ich nachbestellen.

Innenstecher funktioniert richtig sauber
Bohrstange für innenliegende Einstiche. Schafft auch engere Bohrungen, Platte sitzt präzise. Rüsten geht schnell und das Handling im Alltag ist unkompliziert. Für mich bei Reparaturaufträgen mit Innennuten fast unverzichtbar.
